Thank you Elizabeth for getting my charge dismissed!! :) In the lead up to court, the prosecutor didn't offer much to settle on and Elizabeth, who was handling my case, advised me to go to court and try for a better outcome. She cautioned me that the outcome in court is not guaranteed but due to the prosector's unwillingness to offer better terms, we weren't risking much.
