Everyone at this company has come across as rude and unhelpful. The overall atmosphere makes it feel like customers are not genuinely valued. During my first call, I spoke with Elizabeth, whose tone was condescending and unprofessional. The last person I spoke to was no better and was also rude. March 10. 2026 Having a real hard time getting in contact with Edward Disenhouse about refunding my payment for my retainer/case. They’re quick and adamant to taking your money but if things don’t go as planned they will ignore you. Or that’s how I’m feeling. All I’m asking for is for a refund & or update about payment for my case that Edward Disenhouse isnt able to represent me for.
