Kash with fanatics Sportsbook has absolutely terrible customer service. They were unable to tell me why I am suddenly not qualified for the fan cash drop on Fridays, as I was previously. Regardless, if I am or not, they should be able to give me an explanation as to why I’m not when I was before. I agree with other 1 star reviews and wouldn’t recommend this app to my worst enemy. All of my peers still have the fan cash drop on Fridays but not me.
