Fanatics Sportsbook is a money hungry and misleading sportbook. Don’t fall for their scams and false promotions. I just got into it with their customer service and they were no help to resolve the situation. Too bad.

If there was a minus they would get it. Just a horrible operation! Fanatics double billed my deposit from my bank account and now they are refusing to return the money they stole. To make matters worse Catfish Bend is a joke and so far they have ignored my phone calls as well. In my opinion these are straight up scumbags and I will never deal with them again!

Clicheely I would put no stars down if I could as people tend to say it has been about 7 days now and I was a new customer and registered as so and I opted in for the cash match promotion they had and it wasn't much only like $50 and it said that there's going to take 72 hours to receive that back which is ridiculous but that's not the problem The problem is is it's been about a week now and I still haven't received it and it is impossible to get a hold of a customer service representative and even if you do it takes an hour... read more
