I formally worked here as a health care aide, and while I loved working with the seniors and got along great with my co-workers, I found that the actual company really only cares about making money when it comes down to it. Points West supposedly follows an "Eden Care Model,” which emphasizes resident autonomy and decision making and strives to bring value and meaning to an individual's life.
