If i could leave a lower rating i would. DO NOT let anyone here take care of your loved ones if you care about them. They will let them writhe in pain and discomfort without doing a single thing. The LPNs are incompetent and i don’t know how they are in their positions as they obviously were not properly educated and have no respect or care for people. They treated my grandma horribly, i tried to stand up for her and they berated me and ignored my concerns and left her in pain. She was yelling in agony and they did NOTHING. ... read more
So I am only sharing this experience to help others who actually read reviews; my grandmother was in long term care, and honestly the whole experience could have been better. The higher management is really great, although they cannot control the insanity that happens besides that. The doctor who takes care of patients is beyond bad, he does not call back or come to see his patients. If you need long term care, be weary.
