Our family had a horrific experience here before executing an urgent transfer to save my father, who lives with dementia and a catheter. On every visit, he was found in urine-soaked clothing with his care plan completely ignored. He was left unbathed and without oral hygiene for over 7 months (his hygiene products were untouched). I loved working at Points West ,Staff is great ! wonderful to be a part of a team that works together ,for the betterment of the clients .Management is very caring and helpful . Had to leave for personal reasons but, I have great memories and made wonderful freinds there.
