My dad been in this facility a month. I thought it was a great thing because he was homeless and wouldn’t listen. The director Iriam seemed so nice and professional at first. But as soon as I tried to address an issue he became short patience and combative. He also stated it’s a family business and he’s the only one I can talk to. Wow! He pulled a wild card on me.
