I have been living here over a year now. I like my condo I live in. Unfortunately, that is mainly the best thing about the place. The only parking is behind the building in the alley. There is an underground parking garage. It is a very small garage and only a few condos come with there own parking space. Since, Pointe Condominiums is located on Harlem Ave it can be very noisy all day and night long!!! The condo manager is at times extremely rude and unprofessional.
