Driver parks on a busy Oshawa street to unload what looked like 14ft steel roofing. No regard for public safety at all. There were side streets all over not including the one he was delivering one. What a site to watch him swinging this around live lanes of traffic backed up in both directions , seriously need to have a talk with him.
