My husband and I have lived here for almost two years, and we’re only moving due to his work. I can honestly say that our experience at Point West Townhomes has been exceptional. Giang and his team have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, and responsive. The property is very well maintained. I’ve had a really positive experience living in this townhouse complex. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The landscaping and common areas are always kept clean, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Management/Maintenance have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and it’s clear they care about keeping the property in great shape. The staff here is really good. Yang helped us keep our package safe when we weren't around to bring it inside our house.
I lived at boardwalk for almost a year now and I love it. The units are well kept and the staff is amazing! Management goes above and beyond and the out door staff are all so friendly and on top of snow removal and keep it looking fresh all summer! I was nervous moving from a small town to the city but living here feels like one big family! Neighbour's are also so friendly and helpful. Great place go live when you have children. I would highly recommend boardwalk :)
Just moved in not to long ago, feels secure here, managers are nice as well and theirs 24 hour maintenance, events and such it’s very cool to be apart of this community!
