The staff member running the desk today is very unprofessional! I was told my daughter had a eye apt today at 230 when I made her apt almost 2 months ago. I went there and told them we was there for her apt and she said let me check so she got on her computer and said no it's on the 9th. I said your kidding me. When I made it the lady I talked to told me the 3rd at 230. She said I don't know why in the world anyone would've told you that cuz it's not today and she had a attitude!
