I like the location, the clean environment, the bright light (good amount of daylight), and the space (hallways are wide, giving areas of residents to walk around). I have come to know a few of the care aids, and Kena in particular has been attentive and very kind with my mother. Jo Jo is also exceptional - so kind, gentle, and helpful.
I trust PGPH to take good care of my loved one. The staff cares about the clients, the keep the facilities clean and tidy, the meals are of a decent quality, and there is good and timely communication.
It is the care aides I value most at Point Grey. The work they do to keep my husband safe, clean, changed, bathed, and happy is simply over the top. They do everything with good cheer, smiles, and apparent satisfaction with their jobs. I am constantly impressed and feel they don't get enough of my gratitude and thanks. I also value the cleanliness of the facility and find it so superior to other nursing homes I worked in during my 15 years of volunteer work. Point Grey Private hospital is an excellent place for elderly care not only as location, quality of the interior and atmosphere but also: • standards of health care, physical therapy • capacity of staff to care for elderly with dementia • diversity of recreational activities and not on the last place • food services - top level restaurants
Client focused care; responsive to residents needs; very friendly and welcoming to residents and visitors. Great music therapy program (mom loves Sam) Very clean and attractive physical plant.
