My mom was placed at PGPH six months ago on an interim basis until a bed opens up in one of her preferred care homes closer to where I live in Port Coquitlam. She is so fortunate to have been placed at PGPH. It's a beautiful, clean facility and the staff are really good with her and communicative with me. Family, safe, organized, comfortable, active. When residents have a health issue no matter how small or big it is staff contact us ASAP. The way everyone is socializing most of the time. It helps to keep residents alert and communicating. The staff are amazing with the residents ALL the time and it makes residents feel like they are part of a big family.

Our family moved my grandmother to Point Grey Hospital after she was no longer able to live independently. We could not have been happier her beautiful room, the common areas and most of all the incredible care team. It was evident that they loved her and she loved being there. Our family will always be grateful to PGH for providing a beautiful home to my grandmother in her final months of life. We would highly recommend them to other families in need.
Seeing an improvement in openness to suggestions and some action to make positive changes The staff who assist my mother are all friendly and helpful. Beth, the nurse is terrific. I like the way staff are participating in the family council meetings.
