This business causes disruption in a quiet neighbourhood. Constant noise from idling delivery trucks and noisy, vocal staff exiting the building in the early am. All this despite contact from the community of families surrounding it. Please respect our neighbourhood and be part of it, instead of an imposition. Other people in this area work shifts and long hours, don’t we deserve the right to sleep in? All we want is quiet, isn’t that what your customers patients want too?

Seniors are left uncared for and staff are rarely encouraging with any engaging activities. The nurses here are mostly friendly, there are some though-- specifically nurse Ben-- who will not acknowledge your presence and have a bad attitude everytime you're in the proximity. He will cough onto seniors without covering his mouth, slam cabinets when in common areas. It is not very inviting. My mom was placed at PGPH six months ago on an interim basis until a bed opens up in one of her preferred care homes closer to where I live in Port Coquitlam. She is so fortunate to have been placed at PGPH. It's a beautiful, clean facility and the staff are really good with her and communicative with me. For example, whenever there is a new medication order for mom or a new treatment need identified I get a phone call.
