Received a W2 from them that was my info and someone else’s name. And I didn’t have any wages for them. They are an accounting firm but send out erroneous tax documents and when questioned blamed an outside payroll processing agency. When asked about a corrected W2 showing zero wages, I was told they didn’t know the fix for it. So due to this error on their part I can’t file my taxes waiting for their correction. This is unacceptable for a professional in the business of payroll and taxes.
