I have been a patient of this clinic for a long time and have received treatments from the different operators to aid my requirements with great results. Most recently, I have been treated by Tara who is a highly professional and knowledgeable Physiotherapist. She takes time to listen and understand my presenting complaints and during the treatment session, explains what she is working on and why. Tara educates and cares for her patient and I am so fortunate to have her looking after me and is an asset to this practice.
I was referred to Tara Bedford (Physiotherapist) under a Care Plan for a longstanding issue in my hip flexor region. As an early 50's male, I have never been an advocate for Physio's or Osteo's as I had never experienced any material long term benefits from previous treatments. My daughter (11), husband and I are all patients at Point Cook Physical. As someone who only books in to be treated when I am feeling really broken, the practitioners and reception staff have gotten to know that when I am booked in I've been fighting pain for an extended period of time. Over the years I have needed their help to resolve back shoulder or knee pain. I go here not just because they care about you leaving in a much better state than when you came in the door, but that they carefully check and test to find the underlying causes so they can resolve the symptoms that pushed you to come. The exercises always help some of which I continue to use whenever I feel a twinge.
