For starters, the Bel Air branch is woefully understaffed. Point Breeze needs to have more people present during the day. Point Breeze is an interesting institution. From a lending standpoint, I don’t think there’s anywhere in a 50 mile radius (likely more) that can compete with their quality of assets and rates. However, they still practice with predatory overdraft fees in their checking accounts whereas other credit unions have long since removed these to “get with the times.” Also, they lack a high yield savings account. ... read more
I have been a member of PBCU for over, 27 years, never ever had any issues nor problems, they always helpful and will help you in any situation, and they always have a solution that may come up, that best fits they don't play about their members, their loan rates are awesome, especially the auto loans, and the fraud detection center is always on point, anyone top of any unusual charges, that may show up in your account, I will always be a PBCU members.
No one in store and drive thou very slow getting to you if you want good service go into bank because you won't get it at the drive thou.
The ladies are always so kind & patient.
