I have been a member of PBCU for over, 27 years, never ever had any issues nor problems, they always helpful and will help you in any situation, and they always have a solution that may come up, that best fits they don't play about their members, their loan rates are awesome, especially the auto loans, and the fraud detection center is always on point, anyone top of any unusual charges, that may show up in your account, I will always be a PBCU members.
No one in store and drive thou very slow getting to you if you want good service go into bank because you won't get it at the drive thou.

This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards.
