I have always experienced positive things at the Bel Air Branch. Pleasant and attentive Tellers.
If you’re wondering where your money is going, it’s lining the pockets of the top dogs of PBCU. For example, the CEO makes roughly 55% more than the second top paid employee. I would highly encourage all members of this credit union to investigate the earnings and compensations of PBCU as this information is accessible to the public via a simple google search. Attend the board meetings and have a say in where YOUR money is going. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE.
Seems this place is slowly going down hill. This is my 2nd time in 2 weeks in the drive thru times are ridiculous. I'm the 1st car trying to make a simple cash deposit why is it taking 12 mins
