Such a negative feedback dealing with the front desk lady , she's rude and impolite, she don't says Hello, thanks, you're welcome nothing, being a mature woman enough to have manners she's too far to be educated.
I liked the service and people. I read the other 1 star reviews and I think these people had personal issues and felt like doing more damage than honest reviews.
Fantastic products, no issue whatsoever. But the Customer Service needs to be dealt with. They're impossible to reach, numerous emails, messages on their social media, and numerous phone calls and ZERO response. When you finally get through on their CS line after being on hold for 40 minutes it (hoping not a real person otherwise that would be pretty shady) automatically hangs up on you. They don't stand by their product! Major defect in stiching, vest carrier fell apart Customer Service promised to replace but months will pass and they will string you along and eventually stop responding. Do yourself a favor and look to other manufacturers for your vest carriers.
