Point to Point running has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! From the moment you step in, you are welcomed by a member of the team and they begin asking you your goals whether it be running, working out, or just everyday shoes etc... They measure you feet to determine the type of shoes you need and then they bring out multiple pairs and will watch you walk as well as slow walk or run on treadmill. Hard to beat a solid local running store like Point 2! Great shoe and gear selection and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Don was such a huge help in finding the right pair of shoes (I am pretty picky) and answered my many questions. Thank you, Don!
Staff was absolutely fabulous. Had me run on a treadmill and did some other measurements of my feet and brought out several pairs of shoes to try. Got what I feel was a perfect fit. Thank You so much for the quality service!! Highly recommended to buy shoes from Point 2 versus a big box store or on-line. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
