Your driver's blocked traffic on Carroll for ten minutes. They were asked to move by security (at the dealership they delivered to) but just stared them down like they were mafiosi. The were rude and threatening. Absolutely clown show these guys

I highly recommend you find ANYONE else to do business with. If you buy a Steelcase - never do work with them. They are an AD and a "premier" partner due to shady business practices. They extort you for parts. $1000 for a plastic part for my chair for replacement. I will be complaining to Steelcase to have these people investigated. Go anywhere else.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I've ordered a new chair 6 months ago... 4 months no contact turns out they forgot about my order. When it was ready for pick up. A used chair with stains and damages was presented to me I refused receiving a damaged product. Yet, they refused to refund me after the 6 months of waiting... I had to take it up with my credit card company.
Impossible to do business with POI. I called the 1-800 number to find out where I can try the Leap office chair, which we are looking to purchase several for our company. The 1-800 number takes you to their corporate offices. The lady answering the phone is very pleasant. Unfortunately, you cannot test out the chair. But, you will have to book a consultation with one of their sales reps. She did give me a number to call (Woodbridge, Ontario location) in order to potentially test the chair. No answer.
