Have been harassing me for 3 years now. I had to wait over a year to get adjusted official transcripts back from irs because I was a victim of identity theft. I finally received them along with a letter from irs confirming the identity theft like a year ago. I sent them to pohler and was told it was clear now a year later their calling me saying the tax department turned down my transcripts because it wasn't transcripts they wanted and they are going to garnish my wages and apparently there's no way to get it into court.
