Excellent responsiveness and client engagement. Shawn rapidly arranged for an MRI when I had a change in my condition after my workers compensation denied it. This identified an undiagnosed condition that required alternative treatment. He coordinated and arranged for all appointments and which allowed me to recover from the injury.
