Terrible to deal with. Contrary to the positive reviews below, it was stressful to deal with this office. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. This office is all over the place since it's small. Good for you if you had a positive experience but for future clients, this one is a must avoid. Would give 0/5 rating if I could.

Hans helped me with a purchase and sale of property. He is friendly, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain every detail to me. Everything went off without a hitch. I will use him in the future for my next property. I highly recommend him.

It took me almost a year to write this review as I did promise myself I'd write a review after we're all settled with our new home. We had Hans' services for our conveyance with a new home purchase back in July 2019, where we had a whirlpool of issues with the buyer of our current house, asking for an extension a day before our closing date with the one we are buying.
