I needed a POD at a very short notice, call them they were Very professional, courteous and they help me with the urgency of my issue, got my POD delivered, I'm glad I call them thumbs up. If you call ask for Eric.
I am departing from New Orleans and headed to the northeast and I rented a container from Pods for the trip. I was blown away by the great convenience and incredible skills and customer service of our "Pod Man" Rocky. The guy had crazy skills with the machine and his customer service was top notch. Great guy! I can only hope the experience is as good at the other end of the move! I will update this review when the move is completed on the other end.
