I had a fantastic experience with PODS from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and well-organized, and I especially want to highlight how exceptional the drivers were. First two pods delivered were delivered into the driveway no problem, driver was great. Last pod driver wouldnt go past the very top of the driveway. This meant the door was facing the wrong way. Asked the driver to turn it around and he said "might as well take it back." When we talked to support we were told that placement is at driver's discretion and that the driver could just take the pod back (which feels like a mild threat). Lack of consistency among drivers.
