Outstanding drivers who can park a POD on a dime. Pickup and delivery had some challenges and they were unfazed. Shout out to April for her awesome service both times.
William Jones went above and beyond when he delivered our pod. He communicated clearly steered our pod properly and smiled the whole time.
I used PODS for a cross-country move from a storage unit to an apartment. The call center agent that provided the quote and confirmed the order was outstanding. The drivers took care to make sure everything arrived safely and on time. The warehouse pod handlers were helpful and proactive. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Mark dropped off the POD. He was very nice and just funny and friendly! Ed dropped my POD off and he helped me try to get it open but it still wouldn't open. He made the call to have it cut open for me. The next gentleman that came and cut the door was really sweet. The young man who came to pick it up was really sweet too! Nice group of gentlemen!
