This has to be one of the worst communication experiences I have ever had with a company. I was told that a driver would arrive at my house between 7:45 and 10:45. I go outside at 7:30 to find the pod already dropped off in a spot that is blocking cars and the lock that I ordered was not delivered. There was a car in the drive way and the driver only needed to come and knock on my door.

The driver I had is the only reason this is not a 3 star rating. The one thing I was not told by the customer service rep is that a driver can refuse to deliver to your lawn or grassy area despite paying a fee. My driver did end up delivering the POD but because I would have been completely screwed had it not been delivered (I was getting my floors redone on a Monday and the POD was being delivered the Saturday before). Drivers are courteous and cooperative
