Great delivery and pick up experience. We had 3 containers onsite and stored our stuff in it for several months without any damage or issues. Will use them again.
The drivers that came out with professional and placed the container how we wanted.
Disappointing experience. Canceled their delivery time 2 hours before the scheduled delivery window. Very inconvenient when you expected the storage unit and needed it. Then customer service was atrocious!! Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Waited hours for a representative that never answered nor called back. Terrible experience!!!
April from this pods office was incredible. She was friendly, communicative, and when my movers were behind helped me find a new team. Then she actually pitched in herself to help unload the pod. I cannot be more grateful that I used PODS and April was my city service driver.
