I was very pleased with the delivery and pickup of PODS from my home. Julio was very professional, fun to talk to and great at his job.
PODS has been extremely easy to work with from the start. We have a multi step moving process going with them and we are somewhere in the middle right now. The system they have designed is super flexible, which all by itself, solves a huge complication and pain point of the moving process. On top of that, the truck drivers that deliver and pick up the pods have also been kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mike picked up my PODS container today. He was simply wonderful! Courteous, conscientious, and super patient with my concerns about the cross country move. Why can I not give him 15 stars...!!!!
