Cannot talk to anyone at the actual local store. Call center operators and supervisors barely speak recognizable English. Nobody is helpful.
Really easy process, responsive customer service, contactless drop off and pick up, overall great experience.
They did a good job, everything went smoothly. Only issue was tearing up the grass a little bit which my landlord wasnt happy about. It was snowy and I couldn't even see it. I also have a tricky pickup with thr house powerlines in the way and a narrow gravel driveway. They left me moving blankets to use which definitely kept my furniture from getting messed up.
