Great experience. Highly recommended for moves.
The driver was friendly and professional but the POD or the machine loading the POD cracked my driveway. I contacted PODS with lots of pictures. The person who handled my case at PODS said that they would get back to me in about 4 days after the investigation. The SAME DAY she emailed me back denying the claim. Basically she said they are not responsible for damage and to read the legal BS. I'm not happy. Now I have a cracked driveway. I will never use or recommend PODS to anyone.
