Pods never disappoints!! Great experience and would highly recommend!!
We have had good experiences up until now until yesterday. We are moving and the pod was to be delivered yesterday. We were given a 3 hour window, have everything packed, staged, hired help arrived… then “Something happened”, the delivery window was nearing an end at 630 pm, which is after the managers at the Wilmington MA facility apparently go home and switch off for the night. We never got a call from the driver or anyone… called customer service who said that the pod wouldn’t be delivered and that there is nothing they c... read more
drop off driver was great, I was not there for the pick up, but I was told they did a good job
The beginning and the end of the experience was satisfactory but getting to that point was beyond difficult and I had to make at least 5 different phone calls to get my pod delivered on time.
