Failure of Customer Support Complete failure of customer service. Pods is fine if you are simply picking up a unit or storing it. But Pods customer service. Even the simplest matters go through an almost unworkable phone/message system. I spent hours arranging and scheduling a simple visit to the facility to retrieve items—and the place was locked up with no one there to help. No stars the worst company you could ever deal with if you have a problem you call their call center which does nothing and they could CARE less. Use PODS if you want to have all your belongings never delivered but want to keep paying "transfer fees" Incompetent terrible service DO NOT USE
Would give PODS a minus 0000 if possible. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Talked to 4 different representatives. Most spoke little English and could not understand well. First one said he needed to make a new order and ordered me an empty pod to be delivered that very day. The 2nd one couldn't get the address right and asked for intersections. I went to the PODS - RI Facility and was greeted by friendly smiling staff Murason showed me the 16foot POD that will be delivered The looking at the POD was helpful for me to gauge how much furniture/ boxes could be packed for a visual. Murason was the assistance I needed. Every phone rep I communicated with was helpful and I know if I have any issues, I can discuss with PODS
Ivan, professional, personable and prompt with our daughter"s POD delivery. He even took the time to make sure we could open and close the unit with ease. Thank you Ivan. Trudy Gurtzweiler
