I just wanted to give a shout out to Angelo O. at the Wilmington, MA location. I had two PODs delivered and one of the drivers claimed he couldn’t face the POD door in the direction I requested. Angelo delivered my second POD and before I could even say anything about the first POD - he questioned why the previous driver positioned the door in the wrong direction. He proceeded to perfectly place the POD he delivered then repositioned the first POD. Fantastic customer service.
The PODs crew were beyond helpful! Can't say enough positive things about our whole PODs experience. Thank you to you all!
