Totally undependable service - do not use
I had previously used PODS for a move and only had some minor issues, but I had a ton of issues and will try to never use them again. I booked my move three months ahead of time and thought everything was going well. The week before I moved I got a concerning voicemail that one of my PODS would be delivered almost a week after I needed it. I called multiple times over the next week and spent many hours trying to remedy the situation but due to technical support issues they were unable to change the order. Very poor service. They just sit there and don't want to work.
If you are going to load or unload here, get ready to wait at least an hour. It's not once, it happens to me all the time
Jodi was great, she dropped off the pods so quickly and we all appreciated her friendly demeanor.
