PODS failed to deliver our filled container on the scheduled date and never reached out. We spent hours chasing updates through multiple calls and were repeatedly told to “be patient” and call back. One representative even said it would be “highly inconvenient” for the driver to contact customers when they can’t make a delivery. Do not use PODS! We waited 5 weeks for our POD to arrive and it cost double the other companies. We were quoted 1-2 weeks. The driver wouldn’t pick up the empty POD after we unloaded because she said her machine was too old and if it brushed a few light branches it could break and that she would hit our neighbor’s car (over 4’ away). So she left it for 5 days and then had to come back for it again - didn’t say anything to us on round 2, but finally removed it from our driveway. ZERO STARS TBH. Please DO NOT USE PODS for your moving services. My husband and I moved from PDX to Seattle. Our pods were never delivered and when we arrived to our new home with no pods we had to contact them to then be told they couldn't deliver them due to the incline. WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THIS. We ended up up having to hire movers to go pick up our things with a U-Haul 25 minutes away from the house.
