Absolutely a waste of money. I spent thousands on a POD for my move from out of state. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back and they have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered! They keep promising “tomorrow” but it’s always something. I asked for a refund and they said they could give me $100 discount. I already spent thousands! Definitely will not be using PODS again. Trust the reviews.
Great experience, kind staff, super easy to understand and use. I especially love that you can service everything online and the pricing was great! Using pods made our very stressful move, much easier.
