Update/Amendment: PODS was able to come through and issue a full refund for the endeavor detailed below. Customer service did what it’s supposed to do, and reached out to us and got in contact to come to a resolution. We’ve done business with PODS previously and we would do so again. Great customer service (POD Delivery) by Miles.
Pods is the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with and that’s saying a lot. They defrauded me by giving me a quote they never intended to actually hold to and I ended up paying 300% more than my quote AFTER they already had my stuff hostage at storage. Their mistake ended up being my insane expense. I canceled the back half of my order with them once I knew they bait and switched the price on me. The delivery and pick up on both ends of my travels, we're easy, punctual, and efficient. They even walked my apartment complex with me to confirm the most efficient and effective place to deliver my POD. A great experience and I highly recommend!
