Great drivers…really careful with delivering and retrieving the POD.
Shaline and Brian were amazing! All our stuff shifted during our move from FL to CT and prevented the door on our POD from opening! They did everything they could to prevent us from have to pay up to $1000.00 to have the door cut open! I would 100% recommend Bristol PODS! We did have issues with PODS not telling us our POD had arrived in Bristol, and their APP is terrible with letting you know what is happening with your POD, but once we got to Bristol, they were amazing! Had my POD picked up and moved to a new location by Garon M. Garon provided great communication for when he would arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for finding a safe placement at the new location despite it being a very small driveway. Above all I found him to be courteous as well as patient. I’ll be requesting him when I need to move the POD again!
I own a small remodeling company. I have to move customers' belongings in storage a we make the dream house come to life, like new kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I use about 100 storage pods a year. I will not use them anymore. Their service has dropped as the customer is just a number now. Their thinking is that another customer will use us. When they dropped my (last container off) they put it in the wrong spot and blocked access off to where the dump trailer is and putting the door the wrong way. Just had our first PODS delivered. Pleasantly surprised when driver Jaime arrived in the first hour of our 3 hour window. She quickly put it right where we wanted it. Can’t thank her enough for her patience with our many questions on how best to pack and the whole Pods process.
