Greg was on time and polite
Our driver Merlin was fantastic! He was quick efficient and communicated effectively. I am still worried about the rest of my PODs experience due to the fact that delivery was pre planned and scheduled and then changed at the last minute with no communication with me. I am worried about pick up and drop off of the PODs container at my new location. If dates and times of things are not communicated effectively it could cost me more money since movers are needed at my new location. I hope that PODs takes efforts to communicate... read more
