Reuben did a great job!On time and friendly.
Smooth delivery today. We received a delivery window via email, then an updated time. Our delivery driver, Rueben Artis, also gave us a call about 30 mins out. We had our delivery area clear, and it only took about 10 minutes to have the POD placed. Great communication and efficient delivery!
The staff on the ground is great. Drivers are friendly and courteous. However, the scheduling folks are the worse. They operate under the phrase, over promise and under deliver. The empty pods have been sitting on my friend’s property way too long and he says it will be weeks more until it’s picked up! NOT RECOMMENDED! Understand there is new management that resolves the issue. Moving to 3 stars and a ‘five them some time to fix things and give them a try!
