PODS Scammed Me During One of the Most Important Moments of My Life I feel completely taken advantage of by PODS and want to warn others before they go through what I did. Title: Never Again — PODS Was a Total Nightmare PODS turned an already heartbreaking move into an even bigger mess. We were moving my recently deceased mother’s belongings and relocating my father to live with me in Virginia. I thought PODS would make it easier — it did the opposite. I would leave no stars if I could. We had great service for pickup in Kansas but it has been a nightmare to get our things in VA. Our first pod was rescheduled without notice and then was still four hours late. The second pod is now still not here the next day at 10pm. Repeated phone calls and requests to speak to supervisors have only resulted in lies about when and where the pod actually is. We will never use or recommend PODS as a company because this location has been horrible and no one will be accountable.

I wish to thank Stephanie for her tireless efforts in assisting me with opening my container. She was proactive in alerting me about items left inside by the movers. Her professionalism, friendliness, and helpful nature were truly invaluable.
