I have not used the service yet, but the online chat was crazy. I asked for a quote saying I don't have the final place and a date, and the person books me a pod for next week. Then just cancels and leaves the chat. Pretty sus Also adding information, she did not cancel my order and when you go to the chat and select cancel, they let you there for ages, but i opened another chat and put get a quote, i got picked up straight away. added the screen shot from the time stamp. Pretty bhad business model.
Great service all the way around, from booking over the phone to the drivers who brought and picked and re-delivered our container. No complications, nothing broken, and on time.
