I’ve used PODS several times for past moves and had generally positive experiences, but this most recent move was a major disappointment from start to finish. It was one headache after another. The one thing I will say, and the only reason I can give them a star at all, is that some of their customer service representatives and drivers I interacted with were kind, professional, and helpful. Perfect
Had used Pods before with a decent experience, but this time not so much. They make it easy to take your money up front and the convenience of storage and transport are appealing. But when it comes to delivery at the new location, or retrieving the empty pods after you've unloaded, the dates they give you are merely a suggestion. In our case we had moving help lined up and we didn't get one of our pods so I had to pay twice for moving help twice when the final pod was delivered. I would like to highly commend the courtesy and professionalism of your drivers who drop off and pick up the pods. Billy was very friendly and took the time out to repair some sod that was damaged by Podzilla. I appreciate the quality of the men you hire. Thanks again, George Clawson, a very satisfied customer.
