Very professional individual. Even placed mats on our lawn, so not to tear up our grass for the new owners of our home. Jayden (Grove City, Ohio location) was very knowledgable about every question we asked. He made the unloading the POD in our driveway effortless. Great job POD. Only negative thing I can say, I wish these were about four feet longer. The 16' feels up rather quickly.

We recently moved my parents, from OH to FL. I was very happy with the whole experience. Both drivers in OH were helpful and nice. I would definitely use PODS again.
