I told the customer service rep everything I needed to move. They sold me a 16ft container witch did not hold even half, getting another one cost 2k+ witch was over my budget. I lost over $300 upon cancelling.

We have used PODS twice for cross country moves. We have tried a moving company in the past but were burned by the lack of transparency when logistics were handled by multiple brokers and our stuff didn’t arrive when quoted.
