Driver was prompt and safe.
The POD drivers at the old house and new place, 900 miles, apart were awesome. Great attitudes and very friendly. Would recommend for any move.
Pros: most of the time it was on delivery and storage Cons: took a lot more money than agreed, up charged me multiple times throughout without warning (I’d wake up to charges of like 129.99 to 749.99 being taken out) when I paid everything up front and when I contacted the support 95% of the time you can’t understand them and have to spell everything out letter by letter and they still got the address wrong. Beware you can easily be overcharged. They will add extra charges to the “final price”. They overcharged me +$400, I had a hold put on my credit card and still battling the issue.
