Our driver… Michael Bell was awesome. Talked to us about how the process and gave us advice on where to setup to be easier to unload.. Super impressed with his professionalism! Thanks POD group!
Worked out great. Michael Bell the driver put it where I needed it and picked it up no problem.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. They were unprofessional everytime we called and even charged our card for an additional almost $400 when we asked where the charge came from they said it was a storage fee that we never agreed to. We were on the phone for 4 hours about them double charging our card the day before Christmas and they were nothing but rude and talking in circles. Do not use.
