Clinton C is a great guy. He had a challenge with my pickup today because my contractors build my awning a little too close to the pod. He was able to turn the pod some with a new podzilla maneuver to be able to pick it up. He is thorough with his work and was very nice to me as a customer. Customer service. Customer service is horrible. You can't get to a person at all. Wait times say they are 30+ minutes. But, they never pick up. This is for calls and chats. If you have a question or problems with your order good luck!
Clinton did a super job placing the pod, with the tree and spacing. He's really good at his job and communicating. He's a customer service God... Please appreciate his awesome service.
