Clinton Cheek picked up our Pod and did an excellent job
10/10 service. Everytime we use them they’re great. I highly recommend Michael Beu and Clinton Cheek ! Always quick and neat
This is undoubtedly the worst customer experience I have ever had the privilege of living through. Dropped off one of the two containers ordered. Driver said he would be back same day. Look online, both marked as delivered. An hour wait to talk to customer service later and I'm told "You will be the first stop in the morning." Next day scheduled drop off online 5-8pm.... This has been the worst moving experience of my entire life. Hours late dropping off my two pods, brought one and the driver told me he would be bringing the other one in an hour or so, never showed up. On hold for hours to be told they would be out first thing in the morning with the second pod. Now currently on the phone again because our movers are scheduled to be here in an hour and they pushed us off until the evening AGAIN.
M. Bell was professional and accommodating. It was fascinating to watch him deliver the pod storage. Master at work. Unfortunately, a neighbor needed to get home therefore, I wasn’t able to tip him. Thank you Mr. M. Bell.
