I had a wonderful experience, process was easy and no fuss. Delivery was on time and as expected. Went out of thier way to get the unit exactly as was most convenient for me. Will definitely use if ever moving again.
What a horrible experience. Not only are they expensive but even when you tell them no lock they still charge you for it. That's really nothing, the kicker I advised how much stuff I had and the suggested only 1 large pod. Turns out I needed 2 and then they could not even help me because they were closed for updates for 4 days. When I got my stuff back alot of things were ruined and broken. Great customer service — they exceeded my expectations and made my move incredibly easy. They offer a range of POD sizes, and you can even use them for storage. Super convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!
