Pods has been an amazing and smooth process for my across stateline move. I want to especially highlight luis who came to pick up my Pod , he was so sweet and patient and provided exceptional care. Would definitely recommend 10/10.
Luis Pomales was the driver who dropped my pod at my new place and he was friendly, quick and efficient. He navigated the somewhat cramped space expertly. He came right at the beginning of my delivery window, which I greatly appreciated. He has made this experience a very smooth transition.
Shoutout to Luis Pomales🙌🏾my POD final pickup guy. What a welcome change from the original pickup guy. I don’t remember his name, let’s just call him Lazy. Mr Lazy wouldn’t pick up my box because it “wasn’t secured.” I had to reschedule ($$ fines because the box needed to be moved by a certain date.)
