First time using PODS & we loved it!! The drivers were awesome!! Worked perfectly for what we needed with selling a home & moving to a new one, with days in between. Would use again in a heartbeat.
This move was way less stressful than the one in which I used a traditional long distance moving company, as none of my belongings were damaged. The drivers I met, whom delivered the empty pod initially, and delivered full pod/final pickup were courteous, knowledgeable, and were awesome at maneuvering the pod. Only negatives would be there were not an abundance of ratchet strap attachments, and they were at inconsistent intervals as if some were missing, and that I wish the timing of the last two appointments were later in t... read more
Jacob was extremely friendly and personable at 7am. Some items had shifted on the trip and jammed against the door. He took the time to hoist the pod again after he had already put the machine away and help me get the door unstuck. Top quality customer service.
