Steve was excellent. Could not have been nicer or more professional. He clearly did his homework on the drop stop. Awkward street approach, trees, brick wall on side of driveway etc. He had the perfect plan and executed it flawlessly. We can only hope the puck up is handled as well.
PODs customer service is so abysmal, it rivals Comcast and UnitedHealthcare. If there’s any chance your moving plans will change, use a different company. PODs will only add to your stress by not accommodating your needs and providing half truths to your questions. I rarely leave reviews, but after what my family went through with PODS, I feel obligated to warn others. We were moving across the country and narrowed our options to United Van Lines, North American Van Lines, and PODS. The first two companies were more thorough but more expensive. We chose PODS to save money. That decision ended up costing us far more. On June 11, PODS confirmed that two containers would fit in our driveway with no issues. DO NOT USE! I was misquoted on the size of the pod for an interstate move and furniture was just left behind in the home. Have gotten zero resolution from the company, can’t even reach anyone.
