We rented a POD to move some furniture from state to state. The POD workers were quick, kind, and even shared jokes. Dave S. showed up with a smile and even included a free dad joke to go along with it!
The drivers at this location are amazing! Very friendly and kind. They had to deliver to my address on a very cold morning and stayed positive the whole time.
I received a quote over the phone on 1/8/25 at 545pm EST for $3300, after the move and while they already had my entire life's possessions, they charged me over $3800 in total and insisted I never received such a quote. Opening up a customer complaint only made them double down on the lie that I never received such a quote. I asked them the check the call logs but they wont bother to verify.
