everything was on time with plenty of notice before delivery. the driver did a great
My only complaint is the driver who picked up left trenches in our new sod. The driver who dropped off put the pod where he said we wouldn't have to worry about the sod being damage. Upon pick up, the driver went through the sod in two areas.
Delivery and online ordering was very smooth, however, when I scheduled pick-up, I was notified that I hadn't ordered storage and another $70 per month was added to my monthly fee. The gentleman who helped me on the phone told me that the system was just updated so it may have had a glitch and gave me $20 off the first month and told me I had to call back every month to get that $20 off.
