This business put a hole in the roof of a dog shelter and has done nothing to remedy the situation.
This is the worst company I have dealt with in decades!! No consideration of the customer at all. They keep moving our pick up date out 2 or 3 days at a time without contacting us. They are really fast at charging you if you go the 30 day limit even if you have been trying to get the unit pick up. It's their fault but they charge you for it. How do they stay in business??? POD was supposed to be delivered 7/6. It was rescheduled to 7/9 w no notification!
After a week late we finally got our pod and when then they were lifting the pod they apparently stabbed through our pod with their fork of the fork lift, and damaged multiple sentimental and expensive items. Glass is everywhere which is a nightmare from trying to get our items out behind the mess. We understand accidents happen, but to not even acknowledge the major structural damage to the side and the bottom of the POD is mind blowing. I can’t wrap my mind around how a company can think this is okay. Very disheartening.
