Coordination and scheduling with pods is awful. Even with weeks of notice they could not coordinate the moving of my pod to a location that was given at inception. It’s truly a disappointing experience.
The initial driver was not able to deliver into the driveway due to branches which did not give the clearance required. He was able to give us multiple options to resolve our situation easily. The second driver was also amazing, and dropped the container according to our wishes. I absolutely recommend this team! Their communication was clear, concise, and we were able to complete our move easily.
For Illinois PODS driver delivered my container with care and consideration of my drive way. Polite and respectful with my property. For Pods driver who delivery PODs in Austin Tx, he too was ever concerned with our new home, he puts the container in our driveway with care. For the PODs driver who picked up our empty container, solved a mixup due to computer system. I sincerely don’t know what happened, but he picked up the container without any issues.
