The call center is a joke. They get you in touch with someone within minutes if you a new customer. After you schedule they make you wait hour and double charge your card. The containers are dirty and the price are higher and customer care and service is important so I am returning pod after one day emptying and will give my money to a responsive honest company. Don't do waist your time and money here.
Coordination and scheduling with pods is awful. Even with weeks of notice they could not coordinate the moving of my pod to a location that was given at inception. It’s truly a disappointing experience.
The initial driver was not able to deliver into the driveway due to branches which did not give the clearance required. He was able to give us multiple options to resolve our situation easily. The second driver was also amazing, and dropped the container according to our wishes. I absolutely recommend this team! Their communication was clear, concise, and we were able to complete our move easily.
