We just moved to a new house. Our pods were in storage for about 5 months. Our experience with this company has been great up to this point. We were disheartened to see that mice had gotten into a couple of our pods. They ruined quite a few of our decor items in one pod. We thought it was contained to the one pod but come to find out a couple weeks later one has been living in our couch eating it from the inside out. Very frustrating that we lost those items and now have brought mice into our new home.

Absolutely horrible company and the insurance for your items is a complete joke. They'll destroy your goods and have their cut rate insurance company refuse to cover the damages. Do yourself a favor and have someone reputable with good insurance move your goods, not these hacks.

I'm sorry to say that your service was AWFUL. 1. You dropped the pod and the gentleman that delivered it did not check to see if the door opened or if it was jammed. He dropped it off and left. You finally send another gentleman out and with one push he was able to open it. (Thank you for that) 2. You were suppose to pick it up the next day (8/28) and you did not. 3. You send me an email and told me that you would pick it up on 9/5 and after arguing with you, you send another email saying you would pick it up on the 9/3. Aga... read more
