Kenny was great! Called in the morning to double-confirm we were ready for pickup/dropoff, did it all impressively smoothly and was on his way within about 20 minutes. Great job.
Kenny L. was communicative, timely, polite, and efficient with picking up the POD. The location of the POD was tricky to maneuver and he did it no problem. 0 stress on my end
