I can’t say enough good things about the PODS experience!! But I really want to recognize all of the team that has helped me on the final step of my move across country here in Tennessee. The team at the Antioch location took great care of getting my pods directly to me at the times promised they made sure everything was in order and that I could open them even before they left the property which was great reassurance. Overall the Pods were a good choice for us as we were able to store our belongings and ship them to our new address all with one company. As we didn’t know our end place or date when we moved out of our house this was definitely a good fit. Sometimes communication with the company over the phone left some things to be desired, like multiple accounts, whether we had a promo code or not, normal issues with last name,but overall a pleasant experience.
