As always using Pods is a great experience. Kenny Lewellan did a great job with the picking up of the pod. The price special I got before Christmas was a great deal. Price was a little high this time.
Kenny Lewellen went above and beyond to get it done…even with ice on our driveway. Loved working with Pods!
Cannot get a quote for a move unless you call them. They will not tell you this until after you have signed up for them to email you the quote.
We were disappointed to learn that the POD could be delivered and picked up on Thursdays only. Despite this, our pickup driver, Kenny Lewellen, did a masterful job in snow and icy conditions to maneuver the truck to pick up the empty container. Great job, Kenny! In the future, I would encourage potential customers to have a clear understanding of any pickup restrictions so that container is not sitting in driveway a full week after unloading. That was our only issue, everything else was great!
Our driver, Kenny Lewellen, was very timely, professional and a great communicator.
