A WARNING TO THE MEDICALLY FRAGILE COMMUNITY: When purchasing services from PODS, be aware that if you have medical equipment/devices, and/or medication that you are transporting and reliant on, PODS is completely unbothered and unempathetic to your needs. They have delayed my equipment by over two weeks, even after I've escalated within their Customer Support and Advocacy department, explaining the urgency of the situation. BUYER BEWARE.
I would like to start out by saying that the customer service, which is not US based, was not attentive in responding. They were pretty much reading a script. I requested to speak with a supervisor or the facility directly, which they only gave me the run around about speaking to either. I had a POD delivered to my house and I gave them my availability, the day available fell on a day I was not at home. Great communication from drivers. They always let me know when en route and provided ETA. Rented two 16 foot containers and filled. Scheduled pick up online and PODS picked up and delivered to my new address. After unloading at new address, scheduled final pick up online. Seamless transaction and great price!
