The delivery driver was surly and did not place the pod with the opening out. Instead, he placed it where we had to walk completely around it in the brush with the ticks. I have pictures. He refused to fix it when it would have taken less than 15 minutes to do it correctly and caused hours of extra work for us. I found no way to leave this information. STAY AWAY FROM PODS, THEY ARE HOLDING OUR STUFF HOSTAGE This company has been a nightmare to work with. At the time of writing this, our stuff is STILL being held hostage, and we're still waiting on our stuff, way after we were promised when it would arrive. To start, we moved from California to Florida, and we were promised by the original agent that our Pods would get to Florida on June 5th.
