Jimmy Satterwhite was pleasant to work with. He was so kind and informative while trying to get our pod moved over to our new house. Highly recommend!! :)
Aaron called when he was on his way to pick up the loaded 16-ft container and arrived within the 3-hour service window. He communicated clearly on how he’s doing it. He took extra caution working with the driveway and surrounding landscape and structures. Did a great job!
Better than expected. Have had horrible experiences when renting a truck to move so my expectations were very low. To my great surprise this was so easy to arrange, to pay, to understand their company rules and guidelines. Even with the ease of getting the Pod, I was skeptical about it being picked up when I needed it to be picked up. I am now a believer. We were just expecting another storage container drop off. But Mr. Jimmy Satterwhite made it anything but just another drop off. He arrive on-time with our storage pod. He had the highest level of respect for our property paying attention to all the details not to damage any personal property. . His knowledge and experience was very noticeable and much appreciated. We had two delivered on a tight timeline and into a tight spot. Both drivers were professional and very good at navigating the container into position. Both gave us tips and pointers on how to best store our boxes to prevent pest and humidity damage. Would not hesitate to use them again.
