Keith delivered and James picked up our POD. Both were efficient and courteous. This has been a really great experience and will definitely be using PODS again.
As a trucker it was easy to pick up and deliver here . If you need to park , park on the dirt street towards the RR tracks . When entering you either have to back into their driveway or turn around and park in front of them.
Horrible customer service. Several agents just stopped responding. KERVIN is the WORST
Our driver Ken was awesome. Filled us in on the process of the weight tickets, assessed where our sprinkler heads were, and moved it where we wanted the pod. Great service. Thanks, Ken! We were impressed. :)
