I have been so stressed over my drop off day. So worried something would go wrong. Santiago got my Pod into a spot I didn't even think was possible but was the dream spot and under a tree to help with the Texas summer sun. He even gave me some packing tips. This is the first day in weeks I haven't had anxiety about my move. I feel so well taken care of and in great hands. I can't even explain the level of relief I feel!
Outstanding Customer service. They were able to put the POD where I needed it. I emptied my garage on my time. Had garage floor done in 48 hours. Everything went back in. Set up pick up and away it went. Thank you for a great experience. I recommend these guys 100%.
Would use again for cross country move.
