We had an excellent delivery experience of our PODS by Tyler L, who really went the extra mile in ensuring our container was properly positioned and best placed for our comfort and moving ease! PODS hates animals and wants them to suffer. More than 80 days ago, PODS caused significant damage to the Humane Society of Dallas County (HSDC). This isn’t just damage to a building. It is damage to a nonprofit animal shelter that provides a safe haven for approximately 20 homeless dogs and 100 homeless cats every day. Since the incident, HSDC has been in regular communication with PODS’ insurance company, yet there has been no meaningful resolution. At the end of the service they charged me more than i was quoted. I had to pay to avoid issues and thought i could just talk to them after the fact. Big mistake! No one gets back to me no matter how or what i try. Now i over paid more than a few hundred dlls and dont even know why.
