Chris O was fantastic great guy and treats customers with respect. Explains process very well and is very fast and safe in what he does. I highly recommend Chris O to deliver to you. He is awesome. Pods showed up on time driver Chris O called ahead put where we wanted them. He is highly skilled with that transformer they have. We are just redoing floors and just needed to move furniture out of floor so used PODS they did great great for us.
A big thank you to Matt for helping my grandmother receive her pod and also helping her when the door was stuck.
at one point, an accidental charge for $12,000 was attempted to the credit card we used to pay almost $4,000 to have the pod shipped from one state to another, and that wasn't even the most frustrating part of the experience.
Our driver Chris O was EXCELLENT! He was on time, professional, courteous, and was able to situate our pod exactly where we wanted it (through a tricky gate). The whole experience could not have gone smoother. Thank you Chris O!
Tyler L. was an absolutely outstanding driver. He was not only friendly but also very professional throughout the entire process. I was initially worried that the pod couldn’t be unloaded at our new house because of a tree in the way, but Tyler quickly put me at ease. He clearly explained that all I needed to do was sign a waiver, and then he handled the unloading quickly and efficiently.
